Bridewell Space is a mixed-use facility, utilising 20,000sq ft of Bristol's former police HQ to provide cheap and quirky workspaces for small businesses and artists. We have open plan desk space with its own meeting room, open plan arts studios and private studios that are used both as offices and as arts space. Additionally, we have a band practice room and a gym for the exclusive use of personal trainers and their clients. All our spaces are rented out on a flexible, 30-day rolling basis and all our prices include business rates, bills and broadband.
Our business philosophy is to make use of disused and empty buildings whilst landlords seek more long-term solutions, allowing projects such as Bridewell Space to be financially feasible and sustainable, and to be based in such novel locations.
